Hey there,

today I want to share with you a good news of the Portuguese wines from Austria. At AWC Vienna 2017 (the largest officially recognized wine competition in the world) were presented the dozens of Portuguese wines. The medals and the awards were handed during the special wine gala night at the City Hall of Vienna on October 29, 2017.

It is worth noticing that among the winners you find the HERDADE DO PERDIGÃO winery, who is my trustworthy business partner. I really like these wines from the town of Monforte, Alentejo (the warmest region of Portugal), because thanks to highest temperatures the red wines are so rich, bold, and inky.

Four honorary awards of the HP's wines:

The gold medal

• HP Vinha do Almo 2016 – 90,1 points

The silver medals

• HP Vinha do Almo Escolha 2014 – 89,6 points
• HP Villa Romanu 2016 – 87,5 points

• Herdade Perdigão Reserva White 2015 – 85,7 points
