Winemaking − a manual selection of the grapes at reception, total stemming. Classic tanning process, with a careful maceration to extract the colour, aroma, and structure. Fermentation was at the controlled temperature between 20ºC and 24ºC. Subject to natural stabilization and slight filtration before bottling
