Tasting notes − these wine vinification results are mixtures of intense maceration and stage for 12 months in French oak barrels. From the Alentejo regional varieties Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Aragonês present with a complex and lush aroma with notes of chocolate and spice. The palate is full-bodied and elegant with a good structure of soft tannins which guarantee you a perfect evolution in bottle. Dark garnet in living colour. Black berries aroma, complemented with a complex spicy chocolate aroma. Full-bodied and elegant with a good tannin structure, refreshing acidity which allows a good outcome.

Winemaking − de-stemmed with the gentle crushing of the grapes. Pre-fermentation cold maceration (12ºC). Fermentation with temperature control (14ºC and 16ºC)

Ageing – 12 months in French oak barrels 1st and 2nd use

Alcohol – 14,5%

Total acidity – 5,70 g/l

pH – 3,62
