Winemaking − this wine is produced in very rare and traditional way: a grapes are crushed by food-step. The handed harvested grapes are crushed by trampling them barefoot in the estate's tanks. A latter complete fermentation on the winery cellar vats
Ageing – 24 months maturation in the winery cement tanks and another 4 years in bottle
