Winemaking − in stainless steel vats, the stemming is total with a pre-fermentative maceration of 2 days. Fermentation controlled at temperature of 25°C
Ageing − 12 months in American and French oak barrels
Alcohol – 13,5%
Wine pairing − goes very well with dishes of grilled red meats, game, and strong cheeses
Awards/Reviews – the gold medal on “Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2006” (vintage of 2004); vintage of 2013 received 16 points (0-20) in “Revista de Vinhos” in 2017
