Tasting notes − bright yellow colour. Fruity aromas dominate the full bouquet. Exotic and citrus fruits are predominant along with captivating complexity aromas, revealing soft butter, vanilla and toast notes. Dona Fátima, produced entirely from the Jampal grape has an intense freshness on the palate with a full, sustained bouquet, an elegant lingering taste, and a good balance of acidity with added complexities of young oak
Winemaking − the grapes were de-stemmed. Pre-fermentation maceration. The fermentation process occurred in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
Ageing – in French oak barrels for 6 months in "battonage" system
Alcohol – 13%
