Tasting notes − this wine was produced from grapes Regional Alentejo, Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto in excellent ripening conditions and made with the best traditional methods combined with modern technology. Limpid and crisp with citrus and slightly auburn colour. Fruity aroma is suggesting tropical and citrus fruits. Sleek, slim and balanced with good acidity that gives it a real freshness and persistence in the mouth
Winemaking − de-stemmed and thermal shock in the reception of grapes. Pressed with a pneumatic press. Take place clarification of must with cold settling (8ºC to 10ºC) for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts and with temperature control (12ºC to 14ºC)
