Tasting notes − made from the Alentejo regional Aragonez, Trincadeira and Castelão resulted in a young wine, ruby colour, pleasant scent of red fruits and hints of vanilla. With a soft structure presents a final delicious and lingering finish. Bright, clear ruby colour appearance
Winemaking − de-stemmed with the gentle crushing of the grapes. Pre-fermentation cold maceration (12ºC). Fermentation with selected yeasts and with temperature control (14ºC and 16ºC) in stainless steel vats with pumping
Ageing – 6 months stage in barrels of French and American oak 2nd use
